Single-component, oxime-free, neutral curing, easy to use; strong bonding ability, non-corrosive, and has good adhesion to most building materials without primer; after curing, it forms a good cold-resistant, heat-resistant, non-corrosive elastomer, with excellent weather resistance, anti-aging, UV resistance, ozone resistance and high and low temperature resistance, and no pollution to the environment; has excellent adhesion to polycarbonate sheets, especially suitable for bonding and sealing of frosted glass and mirror glass.

Main uses

Suitable for bonding and sealing of mirror glass and coated glass; bonding and sealing of various skylights and glass display cabinets; suitable for large plate glass, window and door joint sealing and bonding, as well as other types of building and industrial sealing.

Instruction for Use

Before use, conduct a compatibility test of the bonding material to confirm its qualification before proceeding with the construction; during the construction process, the surface of the material in contact with the sealant must be clean and dry; cut open the pipe opening, then evenly press the interface of the glue gun into it, ensuring that the glue is in good contact with both sides of the interface to ensure that the joint is fully filled.

Construction Summary

It cannot be used for structural bonding assembly; not suitable for all object surfaces that secrete grease, plasticizers or solvents; not suitable for enclosed spaces or surfaces that come into direct contact with food or drinking water; not suitable for construction when the substrate surface temperature is lower than 6℃ or higher than 40℃; for porous stone, concrete, lime walls and untrimmed aluminum-plastic panels, compatibility and adhesion tests must be conducted before bonding to ensure the applicability of the product; before using this product, it is necessary to review the corresponding engineering drawings to confirm that the design complies with relevant standards and specifications. During the bonding process, strict adherence to the construction specifications must be observed.
