Answer: We usually provide quotations within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry (except for weekends and holidays). If you urgently need a price, please send us an email or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quotation.
2.Can we place an order by purchasing samples?

3.What is your delivery time?
Answer: It depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. Generally, for small quantities, we can ship within 10-15 days, and for large quantities, it takes about 25 days.
4.What are your payment terms?
Answer: 30% deposit, and the balance before shipment. We can accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, etc. This is negotiable.
5.What is the transportation method for silicone sealant?
Answer: It can be transported by sea, air, or express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, etc.). Please confirm with us before placing an order.
6.Can you provide OEM services?
Answer: Yes, we can produce with your own brand.
7.How do you ensure quality?
Answer: We have a strict quality testing system. From raw materials to finished products, all materials must be inspected and signed by QC personnel.
8.What is your minimum order quantity?
Answer: Generally, the minimum order quantity for OEM is 4,800 pieces, and for Qingkai brand, 1,200 pieces is ok.
