Flame Retardant PU Foam Sealant

Single-component polyurethane foam sealant is particularly suitable for applications in the construction industry for insulation and installation purposes. It is applicable for bonding, fixing, installation, sound insulation, thermal insulation, moisture-proof sealing, gas isolation, filling structural voids, engineering holes and various cracks and gaps.

1. The optimal operating temperature for the project is 18 - 25 degrees.
2. The normal applicable temperature range for the material tank is 5 - 35 degrees.
3. The temperature resistance range after curing is -30 to +80 degrees.
4. The foam can adhere to the surfaces of concrete, walls, wood and plastic, but not to silicone resin and Teflon.
5. The product is harmless to the human body after curing.

1. Before construction, remove dust and oil stains from the construction surface and spray a little water on it.
2. When filling vertical gaps, fill from bottom to top (note the expansion performance of the foam).
3. The flow of the foam can be adjusted by controlling the trigger.
4. The foam can be cleaned with a special cleaning agent before it cures.
5. The demolding time of the foam surface is 10 minutes. The foam can be cut after 20 minutes and will cure in about one hour, and reach stability within 3-5 hours (all data obtained under laboratory conditions).
6. This product does not release ultraviolet rays, so it is recommended to apply coatings of other materials on the cured foam surface (such as cement mortar, paint, etc.).

2. Clean and moisten the construction surface before application.
3. Invert the material can and connect it to the spray gun. Open the flow valve by turning it counterclockwise.
4. Spray from bottom to top. Spray until the volume reaches half of the required filling volume.
5. The foam will start to cure after ten minutes. Wait for one hour before proceeding to the next step.
6. Excess cured foam can be removed with a scraper. The surface can be treated with cement, mortar, paint or silicone.

1. Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool and dry place with a temperature not exceeding +50 degrees Celsius.
2. Do not burn or puncture the empty can after use.
3. Keep away from open flames and do not come into contact with flammable and explosive products.
4. This product may produce flammable mixed gases during use. Therefore, the construction site should have good ventilation; construction workers should wear construction gloves and goggles during construction and should not smoke.
5. This product has strong adhesion when not cured and is penetrative to fabric fibers. Do not touch your clothes during use.
6. Keep the material can out of reach of children. If the foam agent comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with clean water or seek medical advice. If it comes into contact with the skin, rinse with soap or clean water.
