Neutral Structural Silicone Sealant

This product is a single-component, neutral curing, highly adhesive, medium-high modulus material. It has strong displacement resistance and can achieve excellent bonding and sealing performance with most building materials without the need for a primer. It also has good extensibility, water tightness, and other functions. After curing, it forms an elastic body that is cold-resistant, heat-resistant, and corrosion-free. It has excellent weather resistance, anti-aging, UV resistance, ozone resistance, and high-temperature resistance properties, and is environmentally friendly with no pollution. It also has good compatibility with other silicone sealants of our company.

The weatherproof sealing for glass, stone curtain walls (marble, granite), aluminum plate curtain walls and metal screens is applicable for edge sealing, joint sealing and various types of building and industrial sealing.

Before use, conduct compatibility tests on the bonding material. Only after confirmation of qualification can construction proceed. During construction, the surface of materials in contact with the sealant must be clean and dry. Cut open the tube mouth, then evenly press down on the interface of the glue gun. Ensure that the glue makes uniform and good contact with both sides of the interface to ensure that the joint is fully filled.

This product cannot be used for structural bonding assembly; it is not suitable for all surfaces that seep oil, plasticizers or solvents; it should not be used in confined spaces or on surfaces that come into direct contact with food or drinking water; it is not advisable to apply when the substrate surface temperature is below 6℃ or above 40℃; for porous stone, concrete, lime walls and unfringed aluminum-plastic panels, compatibility and adhesion tests must be conducted before use to ensure the product's applicability; before choosing this product, the engineering drawings should be carefully reviewed to confirm that the design complies with relevant standards and regulations. During the application process, strict adherence to construction norms is required.

Keep in the original sealed state and store in a cool, dry place below 27 degrees.
