Curtain Wall Structural Silicone Adhesive

This product is a one-component, neutral curing, high-strength, high-bonding silicone structural sealant designed for structural bonding and assembly in various building curtain walls. It can achieve excellent bonding and sealing performance with most building materials without the need for priming, and it also features good elongation, water tightness and other functions. It has excellent weather resistance, anti-aging, UV resistance, ozone resistance and high-temperature resistance, and is environmentally friendly with no pollution. It is also compatible with other silicone sealants of our company.

Structural bonding, assembly and sealing for glass curtain walls, stone (marble, granite) curtain walls, aluminum plate curtain walls and metal structure projects, are suitable for joints and connections between glass panels, skylights, double-layer bonding and sealing of insulating glass, sealing and bonding in high-rise buildings and industrial applications, and are applicable to semi-hidden or fully hidden frame project curtain wall designs and other types of building and industrial sealing.

It is recommended to set the minimum width and thickness based on the load and wind pressure that the specific curtain wall construction design can withstand. During construction, the surface of the material in contact with the structural adhesive must be clean and dry. Before using the product, please send the materials to be used to our company for compatibility testing of the bonding material or conduct your own compatibility test. Only after confirmation of qualification can construction proceed. Cut the tube opening and then evenly press the glue gun into the interface to ensure that the glue is in good and even contact with both sides of the interface to ensure that the joint is fully filled.

This product is not suitable for all surfaces that seep oil, plasticizers or solvents. It should not be used in confined spaces or on surfaces that come into direct contact with food or drinking water. Construction is not recommended when the surface temperature is below 60 degrees or above 40 degrees. Before choosing this product, review the engineering drawings to confirm the design load and relevant standards and regulations. During the application process, strictly follow the construction specifications.

Keep in the original sealed state and store in a cool, dry place below 27 degrees.
