Flame-retardant Silicone Sealant

Single-component, neutral room-temperature curing, fire-resistant silicone sealant for construction. The fire resistance reaches FV-0 level (GB/T240B), it does not support combustion when exposed to open flames, extinguishes automatically in five fires, does not release harmful gases such as thick smoke, has excellent weather resistance and high-temperature resistance, and has a long service life. It has excellent adhesion to glass, polished surfaces, wood, aluminum, concrete, and stone.

The boundary joints around various fireproof doors and windows, the pipe, cable and water pipe joints between walls and floors, the expansion joints, the fireproof sealing of each layer of the curtain wall project, the fixation and fireproof sealing of electronic and electrical components, the fireproof sealing for waterproofing, moisture-proofing and decoration in public places.

Before use, conduct a compatibility test of the bonding material to confirm its qualification before proceeding with the construction. During the construction process, the surface of the material in contact with the sealant must be clean and dry. Cut open the pipe opening, then evenly press the glue gun into the inside, ensuring that the glue makes good contact with both sides of the joint to ensure that the joint is fully filled.

Cannot be used for structural bonding assembly; not suitable for all object surfaces that secrete oils, plasticizers or solvents; not suitable for enclosed spaces or surfaces in direct contact with food or drinking water; not suitable for bonding substances containing copper or copper alloys.

Keep in the original sealed state and store in a cool, dry place below 27 degrees.
