Colorful Curtain Wall Structural Silicone Sealant

This product is a single-component, neutral curing, highly adhesive, medium-high modulus, with a 35-level displacement resistance and strong displacement resistance capability. It can achieve excellent bonding and sealing performance with most building materials without the need for a primer, and has good extensibility, water tightness, etc. After curing, it forms an elastic body that is cold-resistant, heat-resistant, non-corrosive, has excellent weather resistance, anti-aging, UV resistance, ozone resistance and high-temperature resistance properties. It does not contain white oil and has no pollution to the environment. It has good compatibility with other silicone sealants of our company.

Weatherproof sealing for glass, stone, (marble, granite), aluminum sheet, and aluminum-plastic sheet projects is suitable for edge sealing, joint sealing, and various types of building and industrial sealing.

Before using this product, users must conduct compatibility and adhesion tests to confirm that the product can meet the construction requirements with the substrate; during the construction process, the surface of the material in contact with the sealant must be clean and dry; cut open the pipe opening, then press and move the glue gun evenly to ensure that the joint is filled.

It cannot be used for structural bonding assembly; it is not suitable for all object surfaces that secrete oils, plasticizers or solvents; it is not suitable for enclosed spaces or surfaces that come into direct contact with food or drinking water; construction is not advisable when the substrate surface temperature is lower than 6℃ or higher than 40℃; before selecting this product, it is necessary to review the corresponding engineering drawings to confirm that the design complies with relevant standards and specifications. During the bonding process, strict adherence to the construction specifications must be observed.

Keep in the original sealed state. Store in a cool and dry place below 27 degrees Celsius. The shelf life is 9 months from the production date.
