Neutral Silicone Sealant Application Guide

1: Clean the joints thoroughly with a solvent such as toluene or acetone and keep them dry.

2: If primer is used to enhance adhesion, allow the sealant to dry thoroughly before application.

3: Completely fill the joints with sealant during application to ensure adhesion on both sides.

4: Apply tape to areas requiring protection, but do not allow the tape to touch the surface to be applied.

5: Immediately trim the edges before the sealant cures to achieve a polished appearance.

6: Allow the bonded device to cure at room temperature.

7: Apply the sealant evenly to the prepared surface. Then, bond the two surfaces together. Position one side first, then press firmly against the other side to displace any air, but be careful not to squeeze out the sealant.

8: Maintain good ventilation in the application area to prevent mold and mildew.

9: Keep out of reach of children when not in use, as there is a risk of poisoning.
10. If the bottle has been opened, please use it up within a short period of time. If it has not been used up, the bottle must be sealed. When using it again, the bottle mouth should be unscrewed and any obstructions should be removed or the bottle mouth should be replaced.
