Two-Component Silicone Sealant Primer

Two-component silicone sealants generally do not require a primer. However, if the adhesion test report indicates a primer is necessary, apply a thin coat of primer to the substrate with a clean, lint-free cloth before applying the sealant and allow it to dry. Before applying the sealant, a test must be performed to determine if a primer is necessary.
