Drying Test Method For Quick-Drying Sealant

To ensure the adhesiveness and sealing properties of quick-drying sealant, a drying test is required before use to ensure that the curing time meets the specified requirements.

The test method is as follows:

Apply the quick-drying sealant evenly to a surface, with a thickness no greater than 1mm.

Wait the specified time and gently touch the surface with your finger. If no glue remains on your finger, the initial curing is complete.

Secure the coated material together with another material and press it together for 24 hours before testing for firmness and sealing.
